LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR SERVICES ARRANGED THROUGH THE SITE

The Travel Connection prohibits caching, unauthorized hypertext links to the Site and the framing of any
Content available through the Site. The Travel Connection reserves the right to disable any unauthorized links
or frames and specifically disclaims any responsibility for the Content available on any other Internet sites
linked to the Site. Access to any other Internet sites linked to the Site is at the user's own risk.

User should be aware that Linked Sites may contain rules and regulations, privacy provisions, confidentiality
provisions, transmission of personal data provisions, and other provisions that differ from the provisions
provided on the Site. The Travel Connection is not responsible for such provisions, and expressly disclaims

Site were, to the best of The Travel Connection' knowledge, timely and accurate when issued. However, the

The Travel Connection reserves the right to seek all remedies available at law and in equity for violations of
these Rules and Regulations, including the right to block access from a particular Internet address to the
Site.

ACCESS TO PASSWORD PROTECTED/SECURE AREAS

Access to and use of any password protected and/or secure areas of the Site is restricted to authorized
users only. Unauthorized individuals attempting to access these areas of the Site may be subject to
prosecution.

The Travel Connection has not knowingly published material on this site that is in violation of a third party's
copyright. We reserves the right to remove any Image/Content on the Site which allegedly infringes another
person's copyright. Notices to The Travel Connection regarding any alleged copyright infringement on the Site

The Travel Connection will never sell, rent, or give away your personal information to any unrelated company,
organization, or individual without your permission. When you purchase travel services through The Travel
Connection, we provide information about you to the travel supplier and/or other involved third party to ensure
the successful fulfillment of your travel arrangements. However, your personal information will never be

occasionally request information from you in connection with prize contests or on-line market research
surveys. Your participation is always optional, and any personal information collected will not be shared in

We may send you eMail or eNewsletter messages about special promotions, new The Travel Connection

in selling their travel-related services, or in accepting reservations or bookings for services that are not directly
supplied by this travel agency (such as air and ground transportation, hotel accommodations, meals, tours,

This agency, therefore shall not be responsible for breach of contract or any intentional or careless actions or
omissions on the part of such suppliers, upon which the agency has no control over, which may result in any
loss, damage, delay or injury to you or your traveling companions or group members.

Unless the term "guaranteed" is specifically stated in writing on your tickets, invoice, or reservation itinerary,
we do not guarantee any of such suppliers' rates, bookings, reservations, connections, scheduling, or
handling of personal effects. Travel Agent shall not be responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses
caused to traveler in connection with terrorist activities, social or labor unrest, mechanical or construction
failures or difficulties, diseases, local laws, climatic conditions or developments, or any other actions,
omissions, or conditions outside the Travel Agent's direct control.

Travelers assume complete and full responsibility for, and hereby releases the Agent from, any duty of
checking and verifying any and all passport, visa, vaccination, or other entry requirements of each destination
and all safety and security conditions of such destinations, during the length of the proposed travel.

Special Note: Your Travel Agent offers, and strongly recommends, Travel Insurance for trip cancellation, trip
interruption, baggage, and medical coverage.

Please understand that most (if not all) of the travel arrangements made on your behalf have explicit and/or
limited cancellation, refund and change policies. Please check your tickets and/or travel suppliers' reservation
form for your specific rights to cancellation, changes and refunds.

By embarking upon his/her travel, the traveler(s) voluntarily assumes all risks involved in such travel, whether

insurance coverage against them. Traveler's retention of tickets, reservations, or bookings after issuance shall
constitute a consent to the above and an agreement on his/her part to convey the contents hereto to his/her
travel companions or group members.

JURISDICTION/GOVERNING LAW

Users of this Site agree to submit to the laws of the State of Ohio, USA and applicable federal law without
regard to conflicts of laws principles.
